Description: The Portal del Sur Hostel is a basic backpacker hostel located in the Microcentro. It is one of the newer hostels in the area which offers a rooftop bar and terrace along with exquisitely decorated private rooms, all in an original house from the 1920’s. The hostel also offers dormitories, one for males and one for females. However, if you happen to be travelling in a mixed group, it can be arranged to have a combination room. The rooftop terrace has one of the best views you will find from a hostel overlooking this amazing city. The hostel offers daily activities such as barbecues on the terrace every Thursday night and games of pool and ping pong. This place is perfect for backpackers on a budget looking for a friendly and fun atmosphere.

Gran Hotel Hispano

Description: The Gran Hotel Hispano is a splendid hotel on Avenida de Mayo in the Microcentro of Buenos Aires with three floors of vintage styled rooms.
