Dakar 2015 to start and finish in Buenos Aires

During the global launch of the Dakar rally in Paris was revealed that the race of 2015 will start and finish in Buenos Aires. It takes off on January the 3th.

Etienne Lavigne, general director of the race said: “This time will be a very special Dakar, with a lot of variety and new things in an area that we know very well”. It is not the first time that the race starts in Buenos Aires; it already passed the capital of Argentina in 2009. The Dakar Rally is an event that really puts Argentina in the spotlight.
