Argentina´s Tennis Star Juan Martin del Potro is out for the Davis Cup

Next month, Argentina will face Italy in the next round of the Davis Cup. Unfortunately, Argentina´s tennis star Juan Martin del Potro is out for this tournament.

The captain of the Argentinian team, Daniel Orsanic, has officially made the announcement that Del Potro will not be participating.

The listed players are Diego Schwartzman, Horacio Zeballos, Guido Pella, and Leonardo Mayer. The matches will take place on February 3rd through the 5th at a park in Buenos Aires.

Del Potro played in the November match of the Davis Cup against Croatia, and was key player who contributed to the victory.

Fans are disappointed that Del Potro won´t be participating in this round of the Davis Cup, and the team also feels the loss of their top player.

However, the team aims to come out with a win, just as they did in the 2016 Davis Cup quarter finals when they also played against Italy.
