From 1 to 14 September 2014 the Buenos Aires Food Week 2014 is taking place. It is the fourth edition of this event which gives great discounts at leading restaurants in Buenos Aires. 41 high quality restaurants participate in this event, which allows people to eat high quality food at affordable prices.

The director of the Buenos Aires Food Week states that the objective of the event is to provide access to the haute cuisine of Buenos Aires, so that people can experience good food at accessible prices.

Every participating restaurant offers three course menu´s at a fixed price: 140 Argentinian pesos for lunch and 220 Argentinian pesos for dinner.

The Buenos Aires Food Week 2014 also contributes to charity: la Fundación Banco de Alimentos (the Food Bank Foundation). Every diner donates one peso, or if they want to more. Up till now $25,000 pesos have been raised.
