Matías Ezequiel opened his store this past September and calls the whole process ´´Alchemy;´´ he got his inspiration out of a Mexican café. He returned, took a course on how to make ice cream and started to try to mix it with alcohol.

Next to that, his flavours include famous flavours like Heineken, Moscow Mule and Gin and Tonic. He also sees a certain type of chemistry between ice cream and alcohol. However, not only alcoholic combinations are offered, but also the classics like white chocolate, caramel flan or Nutella.
